The liquid then transforms into a substance with greater consistency, similar to honey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At this point, the polymerization process is halted to allow the addition of other necessary additives and colorants for daily production. In the second phase, the prepolymer is poured into custom molds, in terms of size and thickness, and production cages are created, which are placed in water baths at different temperatures. Here, the true polymerization phase occurs, in which the individual monomer particles aggregate to create the polymer, or the finished sheet.
