UNI EN ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION
We have obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for effective and responsible environmental management systems.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM
Energy efficiency serving industry.
Our state-of-the-art photovoltaic system optimizes consumption and reduces operating costs by producing clean energy directly on-site.
Thanks to the photovoltaic system, Sintetica has saved 296.86 tons of CO₂ from 2019 to 2025, equivalent to 1,191,266 kilometers driven by car – the same positive impact as the silent work of 7,612 trees.

INDUSTRIAL WELL
Sintetica places special emphasis on environmental sustainability and the responsible use of resources among its key objectives.
Sintetica constantly strives to minimize the use of drinking water by utilizing rainwater collected in its industrial well through a closed-loop system for production processes, thereby working to preserve the environment.
THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM FOR TANKS
Sintetica is also committed to the environment by focusing on the efficiency and performance of its facility.
The insulation of the tanks was a crucial measure to ensure efficiency, durability, and energy savings. It allows for maintaining a constant temperature, reducing thermal losses, and protecting the system over time, thereby guaranteeing high performance and maximum reliability.
ENERGY SAVINGS – LEDS AND INVERTERS
High-efficiency solutions: the integration of LED lighting and the installation of inverters on high-consumption machines ensure tangible energy savings and optimized resource management.
These are smart solutions for the industry, compliant with current energy efficiency regulations (Legislative Decree 102/2014), ideal for reducing consumption, optimizing operating costs, and improving sustainability."
#RI.CIRCO.LO FUNDING
A milestone we want to share is that the #RI.CIRCO.LO funding from the Lombardy Region supports our vision of a circular economy. Thanks to the non-repayable grant, we are investing in waste reduction and product enhancement within the rubber and plastic supply chain, promoting industrial symbiosis: concrete actions to transform waste into new resources.
